System integration

Your energy-consuming equipment has sensors to control and monitor parameters. These sensors are connected to Building Automation Systems. Where and when required, we help you install these sensors and systems.

Data capture

Data from your Building Automation Systems is transmitted through the internet. Non-IoT data - such as business data, weather data and service management data - is also fed to the platform. We collect data from multiple sources to understand the context of the operations.

CORTIX™ Deployment

Our cloud environment collates this real-time data and feeds it to CORTIX™ – our AI-enabled Building IoT platform. As the CORTIX™ platform is technology agnostic, the type, age, software version of the equipment does not impede operations.

Data processing

With its adaptive intelligence, the CORTIX™ platform cleans, translates, classifies, processes, contextualizes and correlates all this data.

Actionable intelligence

Building on this, the CORTIX™ platform offers actionable intelligence through multiple interfaces such as mobility, and this intelligence can be easily integrated into user operations.

Agile execution

For compatible systems, the CORTIX™ platform also directly carries out proactive, autonomous actions such as in the case of auto demand response or outside air temperature sensor calibration. In other cases, users can work with proactive insights conveyed to them through the CORTIX™ platform’s mobile application which allows self-service. Additionally, analysts and experts at our Command Center can provide 24/7 support to users for recommended actions. Users can also contact the Command Center directly for support.

Continous learning

The outcomes of its recommendations are fed back to the CORTIX™ platform, which “learns” their effectiveness and uses this information for similar situations in the future. With every iteration, the self-learning platform gets smarter and provides more effective recommendations.

SERVICE WINDOW® framework

Our patented framework enables us to identify the relationship between energy consumption patterns (measured in kWh) and operations patterns, measured by site usage pattern (e.g. customer usage vs employee only usage hours), guest count or footfalls etc. The framework illustrates unique energy and business profiles that a typical enterprise goes through, during its operations over a period of time (usually 24 hours). The profiles for each of the Service Windows are different and are consistently repeated every day. Using this framework, we analyze the patterns and identify the potential to save energy costs for enterprises.
